Terms & Conditions

Please review the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using www.PiperHealth.com (“Web site”), purchasing products or services, or obtaining content from this site. These Terms contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We are proud to offer a satisfaction guarantee that applies to all registered participants of any certification or recertification exam, PALS and ACLS study courses, as well as all products that are sold through the Web site. If for any reason an exam participant becomes dissatisfied, they may request a refund and receive a full reimbursement, if the exam has not yet been completed and submitted for review by our advisors. Study materials purchased from the Web site are eligible for a refund if the product is returned in the same condition it was received. We are unable to refund PALS or ACLS study courses purchased or process refunds to individuals who have received their digital provider card. Once a refund has been processed, participants will receive an email from Authorize.net letting them know the transaction has been completed.

Our policy is to issue full refunds to those applicable situations, minus the shipping charges. We strive for excellence in every aspect of business, and customer satisfaction is a critical part of our success. We do however understand that there are situations that require special attention from staff members. In addition, we request that all participants who purchase our courses, exams, study materials and/or products to allow our staff an opportunity to resolve any issues.

Our web-based testing provides medical professionals the opportunity to earn a PALS, ACLS,and/or BLS provider card without needing to participate in any hands-on skills assessment. In no way do we claim to be endorsed by or affiliated with the American Heart Association (AHA). The AHA does not accredit or endorse any certification program that is offered entirely online. It is the sole responsibility of individuals who are considering online certification to investigate with their organization or employer to verify they accept this form of certification.

Our organization forgoes responsibility of any actions performed by individuals who have taken our courses or passed our exams. Our organization is in no way claiming that the courses or exams we provide are all-inclusive programs for Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and/or Basic Life Support (BLS). We strongly suggest that our participants complete a hands-on/in-person training course that is facilitated by the American Heart Association.

All individuals who purchase registration for the PALS or ACLS study course, the PALS, ACLS, or BLS certification or recertification exams offered through PiperHealth.com, must agree to relinquish all responsibility, fault or liability of Piper Health through Online Emergency Services Training for their actions and education received through the Web site. Examples of actions include but are not limited to, incompetence, injury, or loss of life that result from contact with any infant, child, or person. In addition, by purchasing any of our online courses or exams, you are accepting total responsibility for all current and future actions and will forego any liability to PiperHealth.com and Piper Health through Online Emergency Services Training. By purchasing the PALS or ACLS study course, the PALS, ACLS, or BLS certification or recertification exams, you accept all terms and conditions stated on this page.
